The Merchant’s Decree: Return Policy & Terms
Every artifact at Jin the Merchant is forged to order. To maintain the quality of our scribe’s workshop and manage the costs of custom creation, the following rules apply to all scrolls and garments:
1. The 30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Once this window has closed, the item is officially part of your permanent collection and cannot be returned.
2. Return Conditions & "The Restocking Tax"
Because we do not keep a physical inventory (each item is custom-printed for you), returns are difficult to process.
-
60% Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 60% restocking fee. This fee covers the cost of the custom manufacturing and labor involved in your unique order.
-
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number. The Merchant is not responsible for items lost in the wilderness during their return journey.
3. Final Sale Items
Any items marked as "Final Sale" or part of a limited "Vault Drop" are ineligible for returns or refunds. No exceptions will be made for these rare artifacts.
4. Damaged or Defective Goods
The restocking fee does not apply to items that arrive damaged or with printing errors. If the forge failed you, we will replace the item at no cost or provide a 100% refund. (See our "Defects" section for instructions on submitting proof).
